## Methodology

Provider-level totals and within-standard counts are summed across organisations assigned to the NHS London region, then divided to produce patient-weighted rates. The source workbook combines final and provisional months. Standards before October 2023 are not directly comparable with the current 31-day and 62-day framework; this graph uses the current workbook window.
