## Methodology

Every registered CQC location in London by current location-level overall rating, as counts rather than shares so the absence of one can be read at its true size. The four published bands are Outstanding, Good, Requires improvement and Inadequate. 'No overall rating' is deliberately separate: it includes genuinely unassessed locations as well as multi-service locations for which CQC publishes ratings below location level. The overview is the latest snapshot; the history tab retains one comparable register snapshot from each LondonGraph refresh.
