Every station has a busiest quarter-hour. They are not the same one.

Methodology
The single busiest fifteen-minute band in a week at each of the forty busiest interchanges, from TfL's crowding profiles, coloured by which day it falls on. Percentage of each station's own baseline, so the colour says when a station peaks rather than how it compares with its neighbours.
