## Methodology

Every geocoded Metropolitan Police stop and search in the last published months. Colour carries the outcome rather than the volume: a search recorded as a no further action disposal is one that led nowhere. Positions are snapped to anonymised points exactly as street crime is, so a cluster is real and a single dot is a neighbourhood.
