Methodology

Premises with predicted outdoor 5G coverage from all four mobile operators, at Ofcom's very-high-confidence threshold. Two deliberate choices: all four operators rather than at least one, because coverage from a network you do not pay is not coverage; and the stricter confidence threshold, because at the looser one every London borough sits between 97% and 100% — true, and unreadable as a chart.
