Methodology

Live lift disruptions across the TfL network. Step-free access fails quietly: a suspended line is announced everywhere, a broken lift is a notice on a wall. Where several lifts are out at one station the count reflects that, because the difference between one lift and all of them is the difference between a longer walk and no route at all. Station names are read from the start of TfL's own disruption message, which is where they are published.
