Methodology
Heritage at Risk entries per borough. Not a like-for-like comparison of neglect: a borough with more designated places has more that can be at risk, so this tracks the size of the protected stock as well as its condition. Read it alongside the listed-buildings-per-borough chart rather than on its own.
