Methodology

Full-fibre availability as a share of residential premises, per borough, from Ofcom's Connected Nations Spring 2026 update (January 2026 data). Availability means the network runs past the building and a connection could be ordered — not that anyone has. Ofcom's site refuses automated clients, so the release was retrieved from the Internet Archive's crawl of the same files; the figures are Ofcom's own, byte for byte, and the repository records the exact provenance.
